Anita Broellochs is the founder and CEO of Balletic Inc., a cellular agriculture startup creating animal-free meat protein through fermentation. She also co-founded SVCMS, which hosts the Cultured Meat Symposium and the Cultured Meat and Future Food Podcast, and has a background in bioprocess engineering.
